FAQs

I have absolutely no experience in Web Design or SEO, Can i come on one of your courses?

Yes, our courses are suitable for those with or without experience. Even experienced people need to refresh on the basics and develop their existing skill set.

OK, I have experience, will your courses be too basic for me?

No, We have developed the courses to bring everyone upto a high standard. Even people working in an SEO or Web Design agency will benefit from learning upto date best practice on one of our courses.

Do you offer an intermediate / advanced course?

Yes, however we advise that you attend our foundation courses first so that you are upto date on all necessary skills.

Can you come to our premises and train us?

Yes. Based on a minimum number of attendees we can come and train you throughout the UK

Do we need to bring a laptop?

No, we provide all equipment and materials. However, you are welcome to bring your own laptop if you wish

Do you offer follow up support?

Yes. You will have access to our support forum and training web site for ongoing development. A small monthly fee (currently £10) is payable to access the online training resources 30 days after you attend the course.

Do we get a qualification?

You get a certificate of attendance for all our courses. We are able to offer exams for HTML at an extra fee (charged by the exam agency). We advise you to practice your new skills for at least a week before taking the exam.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes.

Is lunch provided?

Yes, so is a light breakfast of Tea, Coffee, Fruit juice and croissants.
